I have cleared the written test and interview for iit gandhinagar (and i have the offer letter in hand) . However since iit gandhinagar does not participate in coap, can i still participate in subsequent rounds after paying fees for gandinagar ?

see iit gandhinagar does not participate in COAP counselling. since it does not belongs to coap portal you may process for admission to coap gandhinagar and subsequently appear in coap counselling rounds. however remember that a candidates can not select multiple offers at a time for coap counselling, A applicant can select only one offer in a respective round of multiple offers from various participating Institutes or PSUs.
