The dates for applying for JEE Mains 2019, both January and April 2019 is over.And to apply in JEE Advance you will have to first qualify JEE Mains.So , I am really sorry to say but you cannot apply for JEE this year.You will have to wait till the October or November to apply for the next JEE Mains which will be held in 2019. 
I am really sorry to inform you this.You should prepare yourself in thie time which you got now for the 2020 JEE Mains to get a good score and a good college.

Hey aspirant, the last date to apply for Jee mains exam 2019 was 7th March 2019. So, you can't apply for the exam this year. 

The eligibility criteria for applying for these competitive exams is that you must score above 75% in 10+2 or any other similar exam.

Students who are able to clear the cutoff for Jee mains exam can then give Jee Advance exam.
