Hello Vishnu,

We understand your concern. PLease note that for an IIT which is outside your home state, you need to obtain a Migration Certificate from your +2 college which you have studied in, after obtaining this you can show your caste certificqte to prove your minority and get your admission in the IIT you are eligible for.ALl the best!
