Hello Aspirant,
Yes of course you can fill KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna ) application form if you have completed your class 12th. Note that class 11, 12, and 1st-year students of UG in basic science are eligible to apply for KVPY 2020. IISc Bangalore is going to conduct KVPY 2020 on January 31st, 2021.
