As you know the population is growing and number Of diseases are even increasing all over the world, so here comes Pharma industry where in they discover a medicine for the disease.
Advantages:-
1. It's a growing market always no decline in market will be observed.
2.Good future in other countries
3.If you have good capital you can set up a Pharma industry which has a good scope.
Disadvantages:-
1. Jobs are very limited
2.Pay will be very less when compared to other degree graduates
3.Prolonged stay at industry might result you with a hike in pay
4.This degree would not be accepted if you apply for government jobs like Bank exams,entrances for Navy etc.
