Its good to know that you are willing to work in Canada or US in your field(civil) of intrest.

But, with a degree from India or any other country and trying to work at some other one is not an easy task especially for freshers.

So,according to me if you really wants to go and work there at good packages then i will suggest you two easy ways to get into it:-

1.try to pursue a masters degree in that field from any good university of Canada or US.

2.try to get placed in the company's of those countries like:-Aecom,McDormot,etc;which are a collaborative ones witb India.

There are two ways to do jobs in abroad.

First you can join any MNC, and after getting promotion you may have a chance to go there.

Second option is you can apply for job at abroad and directly go there.
