It is impossible to complete your desired course in government college but you can do it from private colleges. You can also apply for neet once again.

Your NEET marks have no bearing with admission to Physiotherapy. Admissions are based at University level for BPT. Few Universities conduct admissions based on merut scored in 10+2 while few Universities conduct admissions based on their own Entrance Examinations. NEET score is not considered.
