The documents required are as follows:-

• Provisional seat allotment letter
• Xth boards Marksheet
• Xth boards Admit Card
• Xth boards passing certificate
• XIIth boards Marksheet
• XIIth boards Admit Card
• XIIth boards passing certificate
• NEET UG Admit Card
• Domicile/Local residential certificate in case of state counseling
• Caste certificate if applicable
• Income certificate if applicable
• Passport size photographs exactly which you uploaded while filling the NEET form
• School/college leaving certificate
• Medical fitness certificate
• PwD certificate if applicable
• Set of Xerox copies of all documents

Some important tips:-

• State counseling may take your entire day so be mentally ready
• Keep at least 25 copies of passport size photographs
• All the documents needs to be self attested
• Always keep a pen, fevicol and stapler ready with you

Gap certificate is not asked by all the colleges so for that thoroughly read all the instructions released by the college regarding counseling.

Hope you are doing great there . you will have to submit the same documents as demanded by the general school going student . Thee is no difference in counselling documents verification process . It is same for a regular student as well as a private candidate .
