Hi, MBBS and BDS are not the only options with you.
Some of the other career options you can pursue are:

Bsc Biotech
BE in Environmental Engineering
Bsc Radiography
B Pharm
Physiotherapist
Bsc Nursing
Bsc Occupational Therapy

You can choose the one you are more interested in.

I'm interested in physiotherapy . but how to get admission in government college in Delhi NCR?

There is an entrance test for this course and it is a 4 year and a half year course.
The course covers Anatomy, Phsiology, Pathology, Pharamcolgogy, Psychology etc.
The course name shall be BPT.

You can also go for B.sc forestery, agriculture, zoology, botany and some paramedical courses
