I have completed my intermediate in 2017 and aslo attempted neet 2017 but didn't qualified. Again, I took a drop in 2018 ND wrote neet 2018 I have qualified. But, I have joined in D. ed course in 2018,now I want write neet 2020 then what will be my paper code for neet 2020?????

Since, you are pursuing d.ed at present so as of now , your highest qualification is 10+2 , so you need to choose the code 02 as code 02 is for those who have qualified 10+2 in the year 2019 or before.
