* You need to be a domicile of J&K /Ladakh

*You must have passed your 12th higher  from any recognized board from an institution located in  Jammu and Kashmir

You fulfill both these criteria as you have passed your 12th from Jammu and Kashmir and also have domicile a certificate of Jammu and Kashmir. And thus eligible for  state quota in Jammu and Kashmir
