Domicile is a certificate which specifies the state of your permanent residence that is the state in which you have lived for 10 years or more. So , if you have lived in Maharastra for a period of 10 years , then yes you will definitely be eligible for the state domicile quota.

To get the benefits of state quota, the only requirement is that you should have the local residential certificate  i.e, the domicile of that state. It has nothing to do with the place from where you have pursued your academics. If you have the domicile of the state then you can take the benefits of the state quota.
