to practice veternary in usa or canada you have  to complete a lot of procedures and formalities . what are those formalities , i cannot discuss here as there are lots of them and i doesnot belongs to veternary science field. to increase the chances try to do your higher studies in usa or canada which will help you to get certified and other advantages in these countries .there is also good information regarding it on quora but i cannot provide you the link so search on it also
