No you are not eligible to appear for JEE MAINS 2019 since you gave your class 12th board exams in 2015 and only three successive attempts are allowed for jee mains.

Rohan unfortunately you are not eligible for the JEE MAINS which is going to be held in the next year because you have passed your class 12th in the 2015 so with that consideration you will not be able to write the JEE mains in the next year.
