Dear Aspirant,

As you have Domicile certificate of Maharashtra and also SEBC certificate hence you can avail all the benefits with regards to SEBC no matter from where you complete your 11th and 12th you can avail all the benefits.Hope my answer resolves your queries.Best of Luck.
