You are a  pass out 12th student but you didn't give the jee mains exam . I'm sorry to say that you can't admit in engineering colleges without jee rank. But you can study other courses like Bsc , Hospital management,  Animation , BA , Aviation etc.

Yes there are ways to enter into engineering colleges.
There are the management seats available in every colleges.
25% of the seats in college is for management students.
The fee structure will be different for each individual college.
So you can go through your selected college and enquire abt the facilities and the fee structure an transportation facilities.

I understand your concern regarding this query. I am sorry to say this but the minimum requirement to get into any engineering colege is through the competitive exams held by the home state or National level exams like JEE Mains, NEET, NATA, COMEDK UGET. The cutoff lists are prepared purely on these results. Even if you are planning to get into a college through management quota , most of the colleges ask you to appear for atleast one competitive examination before giving you admissions. All the Best.
