I have done 12th in 2022,but I am not ready for jee main in 2022 so I am aiming for jee mains 2023 for admission in jac delhi colleges I have doubt that in 2023 I will be a dropper so can I eligible for all the benefits of jac delhi colleges for delhi candidates?

Being a dropper, nothing is going to happen in your career if you are trying for JEE 2023.  Try to get JEE 2023 in the first attempt itself, as competition may increase in the next attempts. But you may loose the chance of writing certain scholarship exams. That doesn't matter.  All the best
