Jharkhand state open school is a valid board or not. It is not included in the list of eligible institutes for JEE or NEET. Plus a news website published its name among the fake boards. Here is the link:

Plz elaborate you're talking about whom here? And yes cbse student is eligible to take admission and study in any university if he/she fulfill the eligibility criteria.
