The state you complete your graduation or BDS from becomes your home state for NEET PG counseling. That means, you are now eligible for the internal state quota of Karnataka and not Telangana. You can also avail the benefit of internal quota in your college for the ones who clear BDS from the institution, if at all this facility or option is available. Hope to have helped you. All the best.
