Dear Hemam, you are eligible for NEET based on your Bachelor's degree. Your qualification code will be 06 if you have completed your Graduation in Botany. Code 06 says that:

Code 06 will be applicable for all those NEET 2019 aspirants who have completed their B.Sc. examination. These candidates must have at least two of the following subjects under their B.Sc. curriculum- Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botony, Zoology) / Biotechnology. Also, the minimum 10+2 pass requirements will be the same as mentioned above in the basic qualification requirements for all NEET 2019 qualification codes.

Yes why not you are still eligible to appear in NEET the only condition is you should have 50% aggregate marks in your class 12th if you are general category student. If you are SC/ST CATEGORY student then you need to have Atleast of 40% aggregate marks in your class 12th . Don't worry your graduation won't affect anywhere in NEET , while you should have the above mentioned criteria in class 12th . I hope this was helpful to you.
