You are not alone. There are many out there who have completed their Engineering and know nothing about it. There are various other options for you :
1. Non technical job- there are so many jobs that aren't technical in nature but companies still prefer engineers for it. For eg. Business analysts. A lot of companies - Barclay's , ZS higher engineers for not so technical work.
2. Do an MBA , you will shift yo managerial work automatically. If you can think out of the box - go for marketing, if you are good with people - go for HR, If you are good with no.s - Go for Finance. if you can manage a team - go for Operations , Operations stream is highly preferred by engineers.
3. Database Administrator- Every company needs this person. Its highly paying job ( better then developer) if you are good at it.
4. Network Administrator - If you have a keen interest in networking , go for it. Many companies higher for this profile for eg. Ericsson , Cisco.
5. Tools based jobs - most mass recruiters - TCS ,Infosys , Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture etc don't require you to do any coding work . They have set softwares, you have to use them.
