I have ews certificate,but i failed to submit it on ts eamcet verification center.when can i submit it for consideration?

There is no surity if they will consider it or not, now since you missed the date for its verification you are totally dependent on them. If they'll want to consider it they can and if they don't want to they can deny giving you the same excuse. So what you can do is take the ews certificate with you when you go to your alloted college or you can try writing your concern to them in an e-mail, this could definitely help.
