Hey Nikhil, 

Since a candidate who have failed in more than one subject are not eligible for giving compartment but if you want to give your complete 12th examinations you can go for registration in NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) board.  The board is a recognized one and accepted by all entrance exams conducting bodies and Universities for admissions.
