See first of all let me explain you the use of both the codes, Code 01 is used by those candidates who have not got their results but appeared in examination whereas code 02 is used by those candidates who have already passed the examination and also have their result. So even if you have used code 01 in NEET 2nd phase registration form then also you will get your NEET result because the class 12th result can be submitted at the time of counselling or admission .

Code 1 is for candidates who are in class 12th and are awaiting their results. Code 2 is for candidates who have passed class 12th.
So even if you have selected Code 1 instead of Code 2, there won't be any big problem and you need not worry. Your result will be declared. You will just have to provide your class XII passing certificate and marksheet during the counseling process.
