I have filled my jee main april 2019 form using my jan application number and as fresh candidate , can my form be rejected

See the application for JEE MAINS April session is to be filled separately only but with the application no of the JAN session.
See but the credentials or the information u have filled about yourself must be same as that of the previous session as that might get u in trouble if u Haven't filled the same one.
