there is no chance to change in JIPMER application form ,onces you submit the form there no other option to change. you have to fill the other form and make payment again to the form.

Dear Kanika, unfortunately, there is no correction window for JIPMER application form. Once you make the payment and click on 'Submit' what you have entered there stays there. You will have to fill in a new form and make a new payment all together again.
