Greetings from Careers360. It's good to hear from you that you are getting ECE at SRM University's KTR (Main)  Campus. My suggestion to you is to join SRM if you're interested in ECE or related branch. As with ECE you can do wonders if you focus on your subjects properly and learn the required skills and apply those in daily life. It would be a good idea to drop an year and prepare for JEE but it creates lots of stress and pressure in that year. If you have it, go for it otherwise join SRM as it is also one of the best institution i  the Country. Good luck :)
