If 69000 is your air, then your ews rank is around 8500,With your mentioned rank you have negligible chances of getting any NITs or GFTIs even with your category rank, however with domicile certificate you might get newer NITs ( NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Meghalaya, nit sikkim,) and new iiit like iiit manipur and other north east iiit.
You must be appered in csab round.
