I have got 134 in neet ug 2019 under general category.so,can I get a government bams or bhms college??

The expected cut off for BAMS and BHMS is minimum 490+ dear for general category for getting admission in govt. BAMS and BHMS medical college. Sorry to say but you have scored less marks in comparision.
I would suggest you to go for other courses or try for private medical college if you think you can go for it.
