For getting admission in BPT the NEET cutoff for SC category varies from 113-146. It's very difficult for you to get a seat in any government college for BPT with your NEET marks. Well to pursue Physiotherapy, it is not mandatory to clear NEET entrance exam. There are many good and well known universities in which the general eligibility criteria for pursuing Physiotherapy is to pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
