i have got 145/200 in NTSE BIHAR 2019. will i eligible to qualify for stage 2?please tell me

You have scored very well in your stage 1 exam but the final selection will be completely based on the NTSE Bihar Cutoff which is expected to be released in March along with the result. As there are changes in the exam pattern so predicting this year cutoff is a bit difficult task. 145 is a very good score. Relax you'll definitely be able to qualify for round 2. The cutoff for General candidate will be around 40-45% and you have scored way more than that, so relax.
