Actually you have not mention about which examination you are talking about. So it is quite difficult for us to tell about all examinations data. But in general if you are talking about ICAR UG examination, then and if you belongs to general category there is almost no chance to get a government seat in this rank. You make it a seat in some private colleges easily.
