IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test) conducted by Indraprastha University offers admission to  various UG and PG courses.The cutoffs usually depends on factors like number of seats , number of applicants and it may vary for Delhi and non-Delhi candidates too. For Delhi general category candidates there are 25 seats available for pharmacy course and for outside Delhi general category there are 4 seats available. You have a very good rank, hence you have a fair chance to get admission there. The expected closing rank for general category is 200-300.
