Sorry but if you belong to general category then with these marks you wouldn't get a seat in any medical college be it government or private not even under the state quota. However if you're SC/ST candidate then you might get a seat in low level medical colleges under state level counseling but that'll not be worthy as such colleges would cost you a high fee amount. So I would suggest you to try again next year with better preparation.
