With JEE MAINS PAPER 2 score you can secure seats in NITs or CFTIs.You won't get any IITs for pursuing B.arch or B.planning.Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of JEE MAINS PAPER 2,you seems to have less chance of getting any NITs or CFTIs.For this you need rank under 2k.Visit below mention link to know previous year cuttoff of various NITs:
