I have got 197 marks in bermain april 9 shift1 as per the official answer key. But I have got only 96.6 percentage and my rank is only36450

Hi there,
Well, it was really that a lot of people are disappointed about their JEE Mains marks vs rank.
As you can see from previous year results 197 marks could have fetched you a rank of around 6k.
But this time all this chaos has been due to the normalisation of the marks by NTA.
For example, there are two students A and B who scored the same marks in two different shifts and A's shift was comparatively tougher than the B's.
Then even though they have the same marks, it pushes A higher in the rank list than B.
And this has happened to most of the students.

MY SCORE IS 213 BUT MY RANK IS MORE THAN 5 LAKHS.i WAS IN 2ND SHIFT APR 10.HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?IS SOMETHING WRONG?
