I have got 21% in pu entrance test msc chemistry and I have got 83%in BSc If I am having the chances of admission or not please tell???

Hi,
Firstly I would like to congratulate you on getting your results. Usually for Panjab University, the minimum eligibility is different from the cut off marks for entrance exams. In your case I would recommend you to wait till the university releases their cut off marks. Because if you don't pass in the entrance test your 83% in bachelors won't be valid at all. So wait it and let the university release their cutoffs.
