Well 210 is a low marks but still the chances of getting a seat for both the courses like BUNS and BYNS is moderate as the cut offs comes after all the above courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS are filled and then the rest.

The cut off goes low so you have fair chance of getting a seat. It will also depend on your category.
