I assume you belong to general category as you have not mentioned.
As you mentioned with UR category and 229 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible as cutoffs are usuall around 450.
Your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

As per your score the chances are less if you are in general category and same goes for other category. But if you want to try and eligible for counselling then go ahead. But keep some other options.
