Regardless of your obc category that doesnt make any difference much you wont be able to get top colleges with such rank(250546).
Though yo can get probate colleges,there are plenty of those. Its upto you which suits you right.
Another option you have is that you can drop for one year and prepare for next year.
But if you go for this year take admission in a good college and study hard.
Still you can hope for best.
