According to this data your rank is low regarding previous year cutoff ranks so you have less chance of getting a seat.

With a rank of 25225, ISE and ECE at NMIT Bangalore seems very tough in your case.

The cutoff of rank of last round for around 9.2k for Information science and engineering and 11k for Electronics and Communication Engineering.

But if you are flexible with your branch then you can surely get mechanical or civil engineering.
