I have got 274 marks in BITS 2019,and I'm on wait list so what are my chances of getting admitted in various programmes of BITS?

Yes, according to previous year's cutoffs, you do have good chances of getting a seat in either if the three campuses. Biology for Hyderabad campus was around 274.
You can get MSc. Chemistry/ Biological Sciences in all the campuses, MSc. Pysics/Maths in Hyderabad Campus and B.E. in civil/manu in Pilani cmapus, BE chemical in Goa campus,BE civil/mechanical in Hyderabad campus.{As per last year's cutoffs - https://www.bitsadmission.com/cutoffscores2018.aspx }

It's okay if you did not fill MSc. Programmes. You still have chances of getting BE Civil/Manu in Pilani, chemical in Goa/Hyd, Civil/Mechanical in Hyd.
BITS Pilani has the provision for branch change. If you manage to get a good CG(nearly 9.8-10) in your first year, you can shift to any branch of your choice. This is known as horizontal transfer.
