i have got 313 marks in neet . My rank is 302483 and category rank 132215 (obc category) . can i get admission in govt. college through state quota ?

If you got 313 marks and belong to OBC catagory then even you have no chance to get government medical colleges. You need to score minimum 530 plus marks for taking mbbs seat and 430 plus marks for bams seat if you belong to OBC catagory. You can get private medical college.
This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc. And this year cutoff goes very high.
