It is very difficult to determine cut off marks for any colleges in a state before exams beacuse it depends on sevral factors. If you look at the trends of the cut off scores over the last 2 years, you'll understand that the cut off scores have only increased with time.
Cut off differ for each category - General, OBC, SC, ST.
You are from reserved category but your score is 30, you have very less chance to qualify for Jee Advance.
