With this score you won't be getting CS in any IITs or nits as the previous years cut off score was above 700 for general category.

With this GATE score you can only get into the State Universities or maximum a lower grade NIT's that too in NE. 

You can also try Universities like Anna, Osmania, JNUTH. Or else if you want then you can opt for Private colleges like Thapar, PSG, SRM.
