I have got 3690 gen rank and 96 rank in sc in mmmut. is there any chance to get cs or mechanical in mmmut

Within 500-600 rank you can get your first desired or second desired branch. Even within 1000s also people suffer because they only want CS, ECE, ME. So as a SC category also the chances are less to get admission here.
Though the chance is very feeble but do attend the counsellings maybe you can get it.
