With 390 marks you can get med college in your domicile state through state quota only if you belong to reserved category. If you are general category then chances of getting med college are very low. I provides a link below which can help you to find colleges in India as per you neet score.
We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

According to me this year cutoff of all colleges will be high because this year neet 2019 is easy due to which it is difficult for you to get admission in semi medical college but you can get admission in private or deemed university.
