i have got 43 percentile being sc in jee mains..can i get a college in ip??

Your percentile is too low,you are not elligible for JEE ADVANCE.To be an elligible for JEE ADVANCE,you nee at least 54 percentile under SC quota.Also chance if getting IP with this score is less.Look for another engineering entrance examination.
