435 marks is not a very high score for good and easy chances of admission through All India Quota as the cut off marks are usually 500 and above for MBBS admission.

However, you can try for admission through State Quota in your own state for MBBS or BDS. The cut off marks vary from state to state and depending on your state cut off, you have slight chances of getting admission in MBBS. However, you have good chances for admission in BDS.
