Yes, for writing the XAT exam there is no bar on marks. You just have to be graduate. Candidates appearing for their final exams may also apply. But after the exam the colleges in which you apply may have the criteria set on minimum marks required that you have to keep an eye on.

Yea you are eligible for XAT. As a candidate applying for XAT 2020 must have a graduation degree from any stream from a recognized institute or university. The graduation degree should be of a minimum of three years. There is no specific cut off percentage or CGPA to be obtained during graduation. Candidates who are in the final year of graduation are also eligible for XAT 2020, provided that they receive their graduation degree before the admission process of XAT is completed. Moreover there is no specified age limit for appearing in XAT 2020.
